We use this information to: (a) confirm and hold your reservation; (b) reach you by phone or Zalo when clarification is needed; (c) send reminders or event updates if you opt in; (d) improve service quality and operations. We do not use your data for any purpose outside the scope above.
3. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Service providers (Google Analytics, Vercel hosting, Telegram notifications) may process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. When required by Vietnamese law, we will cooperate with competent authorities.

The website uses technical cookies for session and language preference, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads) to understand visitor behaviour. You can disable cookies via browser settings; some features may not work fully.
