By accessing the website or making a reservation at BAÏA Saigon, you agree to comply with the terms below. Please read carefully before using the service.
1. Eligibility
BAÏA Saigon serves guests aged 18 and above only. Guests may be asked to present valid ID at the front desk. We reserve the right to refuse service to those who do not meet the age requirement or display behaviour incompatible with venue policy.
2. Reservations and table holds
A reservation request submitted via the website is not a confirmed booking. Once received, our team will contact you by phone or Zalo to confirm details and applicable minimum spend. Tables are held for 30 minutes from the appointed time; after this, the venue may reassign the table if guests have not arrived.
3. Minimum spend and payment
Each table tier (Bar / Sofa / Premium / VIP) carries a different minimum spend. Prices exclude 10% VAT and 5% service charge. We accept cash, card, and e-wallet payments. VAT invoices may be requested before settlement.
4. Dress code and conduct
Dress code is smart casual. We do not admit guests in sportswear, flip-flops, or tank tops (unless styled appropriately). Guests are expected to maintain order without disturbing nearby tables. Security staff may handle violations per venue rules.
5. Intellectual property
All logos, images, videos, and text content on this website belong to BAÏA Saigon or its authorised partners. Copying, redistributing, or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.
6. Liability
BAÏA Saigon strives to provide accurate information on the website but does not guarantee absolute timeliness. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from misinterpretation of information or technical issues outside our control. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings while at the venue.
7. Governing law and contact
